Returns and Refunds

You have the right to cancel your order within seven days of receipt of your products, unless the order is custom or personalised to your requirements. The buyer is responsible for covering the return postage costs to us and payment will be issued once we have checked the returned items.

If there is a problem with our products then you must contact us as soon as possible. You can return an item or product if it is defective up to 14 days after purchase. The product should be in the same condition as it arrived in and pictures for proof.

We may ask for your order number or receipt for proof of purchase and refunds will be processed as soon as we deem the product is defective and has been returned to us in the original packaging. The buyer is responsible for covering the return postage costs to us.

Items in the sale and personalised items are not eligible for retruns or refunds unless the product is damaged or defective. Please make sure the order is correct before finalising payment.

Substitute products may be provided of equivalent quality and price if we are no longer supplying the original product.
